Privacy policy

DomainTools technical data, cookies, Metrika; inquiries via MAX channel, no on-site CRM.

Operator

DomainTools operator: sole proprietor Aleksey S. Krivoshein (TIN 770603253213, OGRNIP 321774600479249), Russian Federation. Services site and contacts: krivoshein.site.

Inquiries: MAX channel, no on-site CRM

There is no separate CRM or lead database on domaintools.site. Service and support inquiries are accepted in the MAX messenger (operator channel/chat); Telegram or email may also be used. A bot or widget may forward the inquiry text to the MAX channel: that is transport into the messenger, not a CRM lead card on this site. After delivery, storage and delivery follow MAX’s rules (platform responsibility); the operator sees the conversation as the recipient and does not replace MAX as messenger operator.

What data is processed

Tools receive entered domains, IP addresses, or technical parameters only to perform the selected check. Results and history may be temporarily or persistently stored in Redis according to the current implementation. Do not enter personal data or secrets.

Cookies

The site uses a signed session cookie, a language preference, and a random visitor ID for user history. The visitor ID must not be used to identify a person.

External services

Checks may query DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, HTTP endpoints, GeoIP sources, and reCAPTCHA. Yandex Metrika is loaded only on public pages without a search query or check result; on search, history, monitoring, assistant, and dynamic result pages the tracker is disabled. The MAX messenger is a separate service for inquiries and correspondence. Their own policies apply to data that the respective provider technically receives.

Event analytics

The internal event layer stores only permitted interaction categories and coarse page types. Query content, WHOIS responses, IP, and personal data are not valid event fields. When the assistant is enabled, the question is sent to the operator-configured LLM provider along with limited public site context; the response may be cached in Redis for a period set by the operator. Do not enter passwords, API keys, or personal data. AI can be wrong. The assistant does not change DNS, register domains, execute commands, or check domains without a separate tool.

Third-party documents

Provider rules change; their current published version prevails.

Deletion and questions

For questions about data and deletion of identifiable records, contact us through the contact page or the operator’s MAX channel. Technical history should not be considered private storage. Messages in MAX are also subject to MAX platform rules.
