## 1. Product

DomainTools (https://domaintools.site) is a bilingual RU/EN portal for domain and network diagnostics:

- DNS records (A, AAAA, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, SRV, …)
- WHOIS (domains and IP)
- GeoIP / ASN
- Reverse DNS / FCrDNS
- Combined domain reports (single/batch)
- Domain availability search (IDN / Cyrillic)
- Site checker (HTTP, DNS, IP, RKN list)
- Security scan (ports + passive WordPress)
- SSL checker, security headers
- Guides, glossary, comparisons, TLD zones
- Agent API (JSON) is enabled with an operator-issued key (`X-API-Key` / Bearer)

Stack: Nginx → Gunicorn → Flask + Redis. Content is file-based Markdown/JSON under `content/`.

Status: enabled. Auth: X-API-Key or Authorization: Bearer. Keys are operator-issued; no public signup.
Missing key → 403. Rate limit → 429 backoff. There is no live MCP tool server.
Live WHOIS table: /whois?query=example.com
Live DNS table: /dns?q=example.com
/lookup/whois/{domain} and /lookup/dns/{domain} are noindex hubs, not the live tables.
Never scrape /history or /monitoring.
